We utilize top-tier logistics including DHL, FEDEX, UPS, Air Cargo, and Sea Cargo. The exact shipping method selected will strictly depend on the destination country and current customs situations to ensure the safest delivery.

If you encounter an issue where no shipping options are available on our checkout page, please do not hesitate to contact our team directly for manual instructions and custom logistical routing.

We always provide complete documentation required for the customs clearance process in your destination country. However, in the unfortunate event that customs seizes your package, we will offer a win-win solution by either issuing a refund or resending your package.

To guarantee premium quality, we never stock up our products in a warehouse. Every order is processed fresh from scratch—from picking the finest leaves until grinding them into a fine powder.

Standard orders require 1 – 2 days of preparation time, while bulk orders up to 50 kilograms require 3 – 5 days.

Once packaging is completed, your order will be dispatched immediately. As soon as the tracking number is released by the courier agent, we will inform you right away via email.
